Photo Science's Michael Shillenn, Elected as President of the Pennsylvania Chapter of MAPPS

WEST CHESTER, PA – June 18, 2009 – Photo Science's Michael B. Shillenn, CP, has been elected as President of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the Management Association for Private Photogrammetric Surveyors (PA-MAPPS). PA-MAPPS, the first state chapter of MAPPS, advocates for Pennsylvania’s private sector  geospatial community including those in photogrammetry, satellite and airborne remote sensing, hydrography, aerial and satellite image processing, surveying, GPS, and GIS data collection and conversion services. Mr. Shillenn is a Senior Program Manager and ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrist, at Photo Science with over 22 years of related experience managing a wide range of photogrammetric mapping, surveying, GIS and remote sensing projects for local, state, federal, private sector and utility clients.
